Special Project Lead

Rouse is a human-led Reddit growth company. We help businesses understand the conversations their buyers are already having and take part in them usefully, with research first and every contribution reviewed before it is published.

Every client has a Special Project Lead accountable for execution, delivery and quality control. Organic Growth pairs that lead with matched Reddit specialists; Enterprise adds authorised company accounts, brand-community operations and agreed coverage. Rouse is independent of Reddit.

What this role does at Rouse.

The Special Project Lead is the one person accountable to a client for execution, delivery and quality control. Every Rouse engagement, from a 30-Day Pilot to Enterprise, has one. You run onboarding, agree priorities and approval contacts, and turn the signed scope into a delivery plan the client can follow in their portal.

Day to day you coordinate Reddit specialists and researchers, review contributions before they are published, keep the shared Slack channel useful, and produce the monthly delivery report that shows every recorded interaction and the response it received. You are the escalation point when a community, a client or a specialist needs a decision.

What you would own.

• Lead onboarding: confirm priorities, approval contacts and the operating rhythm for each new client
• Translate the signed scope into a delivery plan with clear coverage, targets and review points
• Coordinate specialists and researchers across a portfolio of active clients
• Review every contribution for usefulness, disclosure and community fit before it is published
• Run the shared Slack channel: answer questions, gather approvals and flag risks early
• Own the monthly delivery report and the end-of-pilot review, including the recommendation to continue, adjust or stop

Experience that fits.

• Four or more years leading client programs in an agency, consultancy or services business
• A record of running several engagements at once without letting quality slip
• Strong written communication: you can explain a decision to a client in three sentences
• Comfortable on Reddit: you understand how communities, moderation and disclosure work
• Skilled at giving specialists clear, respectful feedback and holding a standard
• Organised with delivery records, approvals and reporting; the record stays accurate

Helpful, not required.

• Experience in community, social or content operations
• Familiarity with search, answer engines or AI discoverability
• Prior work with a delivery portal, ticketing or reporting toolchain
